Daily outfit vol. I don't even care

Tiia visited today so naturally I dressed up.

I also tried a new hairstyle. I quite like and might do it again even though it's a pain to keep it from my face.

Recently I purchased the lovely Bat shoes from Cloudberry lady and I must say they are absolutely fabulous. The shoes are leather and hand made in Finland. The design is just so wonderfully gothy and whimsical without being utterly stompy. There is this daintiness in them I like a lot. I love them.

My first very own tea blend

Today I finished the second batch of my very own tea blend which I call Mist over the Hills as it becomes rather misty in the cup. The blend has some lavender and toffee mixed to a black tea.
 I decided to try making my own blend when my favorite autumn tea ran out (and after I had discovered that it had also been discontinued). I think Mist over the Hills came out quite nicely. It has a very nice flowery taste with some creaminess from the toffee.

When life becomes film noir

Yesterday I met with the girls for lunch and tea at the ounce. We had such fun again and great big thanks to Mari from organizing this! I don't think we have seen each other since Creme de La Garderobe. 

We took over The Ounce.
